The Multicore Association® offers a special membership class for qualified college and university faculty members and their research teams to benefit academic research in multicore technologies. Although the member fee is substantially reduced, university members can partake in all consortium benefits provided to any working group members.

For university researchers, the ability to participate in the Multicore Association can be beneficial to the industry as well as the university. Through its Academic membership, the Multicore Association® aims to create a dialogue that will further the goals of the association and of primary research alike.
